What is Pricemate?

Pricemate is a cloud base solution that makes creating, updating, publishing and distributing your company’s pricing easy.

How Pricemate Work...

Let’s say your company’s POS system needs a pricing update. One or more product lines are outdated and need to be updated with new pricing and new part number added. Then once you update the pricing and add any new numbers, you then have to provide that new pricing to your customers.

Using Pricemate, login to your account, select the vendor that supplies the pricing and then select the product lines to download. Once the pricing is downloaded to your computer, you would then update the pricing and add any new numbers into your pricing table.

Once all your pricing changes are made and your new numbers added, you are ready to export the pricing out, so you can update you POS system as well as send out the new pricing to your customers. Send pricing to your customers has always been a challenge and frankly a pain. Pricemate make it so easy to get your new pricing into the hands of your customers. There are several options available to you depending on your customers needs. If your customer uses Pricemate or PricemateClient then they can directly download any pricing you allow. If your customers want to have the pricing emailed to them, Pricemate can do batch email with just few clicks. If they want the pricing sent to them on removable media, that’s no problem as well.

Easily Publish & Distribute Pricing....

Let’s say your company’s doesn’t need Pricemate to update their pricing. Maybe they use a complex spread sheet to create their pricing or they use a pricing service that connects directly into their POS system. Either way, using Pricemate publish services, will make your customers love you. Here’s why:

• With Pricemate you can export your entire pricing file from you POS system. That may contain one or multiple product lines and sub-line into a single CSV file and then import into the Pricemate publish database.
• Using the Pricemate/PricemateClient application, your customers has access to all your publish pricing on demand.
• You can still email or export to removable media any pricing data
• No matter how your customers get their pricing data from Pricemate publish service; you can tailor the export format to their requirements. As well as provide them with their net cost so they don’t have to deal with line discounts.
